Contact and appointments
We are available by phone every day between 08:00 and 12:30 and between 14:00 and 16:00 to make appointments and for other questions — you will then receive a callback request. We are available by phone for emergencies from 16:00 to 17:00 on 020-6167457 press 1.
You can now also use our online patient environment (e-file). Here you can 24 hours a day:
- make an appointment
- view your medical data and results
When making an appointment (by telephone or online), we ask you to state the reason for your visit. This way we can schedule sufficient time for you.
👉 Do you have mental health issues? Always call us so we can schedule a longer appointment for you.
👉 One complaint can be discussed per consultation. Would you like to discuss multiple complaints? Please request a double appointment via the assistant.
❗ For urgent matters we request that you always contact us by telephone.
There are no longer walk-in consultation hours.
Visits
If you are unable to come to our practice due to illness, a (temporary) disability or because you have difficulty walking, the GP can also visit you at home. Please submit your visit requests before 10:00 AM. Our assistants will assess, in consultation with your GP, whether a home visit will be necessary. For some complaints, there are more options for examination and treatment at our practice. A home visit is exclusively for sick people and not for people who do not have the transportation or time to come to the practice.
