Your opinion counts
We do our best to help you as best as we can. However, things might not always go as you expect. Your opinion helps us improve our care and organization. That's why we'd love to hear your tips, comments, or complaints.
Suggestion or tip?
Do you have an idea or tip? There are forms in the waiting room where you can write them down. You can then place the form in the mailbox in the hallway. You can also submit your tip via our online patient environment.
Complaint?, Conversation
Do you have a complaint? We prefer to discuss it with you in person. Please make an appointment with the staff member in question. If you do not wish to do this or cannot resolve the matter together, you can make an appointment with Dr. Akyüz.
Form
You can also submit your complaint in writing. Special complaint forms are available from the assistant. Please submit this form at the reception desk.
After receipt, you will receive a confirmation within a few business days. We will contact you within two weeks to discuss your complaint and look for a solution together.
External Complaints Committee:
Can't we resolve the matter together? Then you can submit your complaint to the SKGE (Foundation for Complaints and Disputes in Primary Care).
Rules

Assistance from the complaints officer, complaint mediation and complaint handling are free for you.

Mediation is only successful if both parties agree with the solution.

During mediation, there is always mutual respect and trust.
All parties involved will handle your privacy with care and are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
What if it doesn't work?
Are you unable to reach an agreement with the complaints officer, even after mediation?
Then the complaints officer will help you with the next step. Your complaint will then become a dispute.
Why your opinion is important
We want you to feel heard in our practice. We don't see a tip or complaint as criticism, but as an opportunity to improve. This way, we can continue to improve our care and service and ensure that you and other patients feel comfortable and safe in our practice.
